Shane and Kennedy were just magnificent in their approach in moving our stock and fittings from the storage warehouse to our new shop in Kew East. They were patient and took extreme care in the way they handled our possessions.

This is twice I have used “Transcorp” and can’t see why I would use any other company to move our belongings from one place to another.

I want to write to you to let you know what a wonderful job your removalists, Carlos, Matt and Leigh were.

They arrived on time, were very gentle in the way they handled our antique fragile furniture and other precious goods.

Carlos in particular was very accommodating when we needed extra assistance in packing.

When we arrived at the storage centre, all of the guys kept asking us whether the goods were for long tern or short term storage. This would help them place the items accordingly so that if we needed something urgently, it wasn’t impossible to get to.

We will definately use these guys again when the time comes for us to move to a new premises.

Also the fact that you took time to come to our premises to see how much stock we had that needed to be moved, meant that your interest was to provide us with a correct size truck and number of men, which all helped in keeping our costs down.

Congratulations to you and your company for doing a tremendous job, and I am more than happy to be used as a reference.

Hi John,

I’d like to formally thank you and your team for the tremendous job you did in moving the contents of our city office. This included 60 desk top computers as well as servers, racks and all the fittings and equipment you would expect in any less technology based environment, so that it was packed in a morning impressed me. When the actual move was accomplished before midday (on another morning) I was frankly amazed.

The packers were great – fast but careful, and the movers impressed us not only with their speed but their attention to detail and good humour. It was a warm day and they were constantly on the go from 7am until almost midday, but they were laughing and joking right through. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they overcame minor difficulties quickly and happily.

I hope we don’t have to go through the experience again, but if we do, yours will definitely be the company that we use.

This is in regards to a move that was conducted on the 14th of February, 2012 with the reference number 71221. Please accept my apologies in not emailing earlier but I have been seriously ill.

We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for providing the most outstanding removalists on the day, (their names being Shane, Lam and Manoli). They made our move extremely stress free!!

They were hard working and effecient professionals that were VERY careful with our furniture and we were amazed how they managed to pack that truck to the max!  You assured us that we were being provided with the best skilled team of removalsists and they need to be highly commended! Shane shone through as a great leader in his spatial skills in packing the truck and Lam /Manoli were amazing in problem solving ways how to fit furniture through tight spaces. AMAZING!

I believe they should be provided with this feedback and a reward as such, perhaps a bonus as a suggestion. Could you please make sure they receive a big pat on their back!!
