I have had an amazing experience with Transcorp. Predominantly my point of contact for my entire process has been with Monika Sobkowicz. She is the most patient, friendly and professional person I have dealt with in a very long time. Monika has bent over backwards to assist me with 2 removals from 2 different states at the same time. I have had to change dates several times due to work circumstances, and every time Monika has come to the party with grace and efficiency. Monika also worked very hard to get me the best price possible. Thankyou 🙏. I would highly recommend this company and Monika to anyone wanting a seam free experience. In today’s world it’s very rare to find people who actually care about their customers.
Thankyou once again for helping me in a very difficult situation and relieving a lot of stress.

My wife, Michèle, had spoken with several companies before, luckily, getting on to Transcorp. Quite a few: "it's December so we'll charge you double" (on already high rates).
Spoke with Lilly who couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful.
On the day, Sonny and his 2 mates were great: right on time; friendly and efficient.
Couldn't recommend Transcorp more highly.

We had a leather couch delivered by their team, and initially, we had some trouble getting it to fit. I recently moved interstate from VIC to WA and used this company. Very happy with their service. Customer service is second to none. They put my mind at ease, answered all my concerns, arrived bang on time, I didn't have to lift a finger. Their follow up and, follow through, was exceptional! They are right up there, as the best in the business, their reputation proceeds them. No damages or losses whatsoever. Worth every penny. Easy booking process. Transparent pricing. Calm, efficient, friendly movers and thanks to Lilian! From start to finish was an absolute breeze filled with laughs good vibes and constant reassurance that everything would go to plan. On moving day it rained all day, but our furnishings were securely wrapped. Highly recommended. Lilian always picks her phone up and answers any questions you may have. We used them to move from Melbourne to Perth. Will use them again if needed be.
