Our packing team come in on the day prior or after your move occurs to professionally pack and/or unpack your boxes and precious possessions. Take the stress out of packing by asking your relocation advisor for an estimation of costs to perform this service. We will arrive with all the necessary boxes and packing material to ensure that your valuable effects are well looked after during the removal process. We can offer a cost per box rate or we can charge for the packing materials we used and the time that we spend packing your belongings. We keep is simple and leave the choice up to you!

We sell packing boxes and/or packing materials for your move at unbelievable prices (shop on-line) with delivery to your door. Order as little or as much as you like. If we are also performing your furniture removal then we can credit your unused new packing materials in full after we complete the relocation and return them to our depot for free (conditions apply). Only AFRA Accredited removalist are eligible to directly offer restricted or comprehensive removal and storage insurance.
Check out our great insurance rates! Like Home Insurance – Regardless of how careful we are, we want you to have peace of mind that your belongings are properly insured. All AFRA members must also have (at no extra charges) public liability insurance, third party property and motor vehicle insurance. If you decide to take out an insurance cover with us and you wish to cover your boxes and its contents, then Transcorp and/or its representatives must pack the boxes. Otherwise, you will have very limited cover if you pack your own boxes but still take out an insurance policy with us. In this case you can insure your bulky furniture that doesn’t need to get packed into boxes. Check our insurance rates on this web-site and please read the PDS and FSG for complete details on what you can and can’t cover.

From start to finish was an absolute breeze filled with laughs good vibes and constant reassurance that everything would go to plan. On moving day it rained all day, but our furnishings were securely wrapped. Highly recommended. Lilian always picks her phone up and answers any questions you may have. We used them to move from Melbourne to Perth. Will use them again if needed be.
A complicated interstate removal (pick up to a container, then to temporary storage, then to "carry down" to a facility storage container, and then, finally, some items to a home) all conducted over two weeks, was handled smoothly but with a lot of effort (there was a piano!). The Transcorp staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The removalists were efficient, cheeful, and all round good blokes! Alas, however, my final removal won't be done by them (and nor would they want to)!!! My gratitue and thanks to all who helped.
I had an amazing experience with Transcorp with my move from Sydney to Perth. I booked my move with them at the last minute as I had to change my plan and their team just took me through every details and finalised the booking very quickly. I also had to make several changes to my investory list and the relocation specialist (Lilly) made it work seamlessly. They have literally took away the stress of moving! The movers are very friendly and very knowledgable about how it is best to move my items - I have large furnitures and lived in a small and hard to navigate apartment that they gave me confidence. The removalist company did a fabulous for my recent interstate move. They are easy and pleasant to deal with, and good communicators and minor issues were resolved with ease and goodwill gesture.
From someone who has had very bad experiences with interstate removalist, I was very scared about putting my belongings on a truck again. But I can 100% say the guys and transcorp were fantastic! Communication was brilliant, timing was either on time or even earlier than expected, the sales ladies I spoke to made the whole process so simple and when I called with a couple questions before the pickup they were answered on the spot and swiftly. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
This is the second time we have had Transcorp move our household items interstate and both times we have been happy with the service. They picked up as arranged, put it into storage for some 5 months and then moved things into our new home without a problem. They asked if the planned delivery date could be brought forward a day with not much not notice but that was ok for us. All the items in the full container were left as packed which was good. A smaller load came about a week later and that was all ok too (although needed a follow up call from us to see what was happening). Overall the service was very good and we would use them again.

Moved from Adelaide to Melbourne and needed to make a late booking due to a different mover cancelling on us. Raphael and his team took care of everything and made the process easy and took a lot of pressure off us. The person we booked with maintained contact throughout and was very helpful and answered all questions. Raphael the driver gave etas and checked in when close by and came exactly when booked, was friendly and handled our furniture with care. We definitely recommend them and would use their services again.
The team were absolutely wonderful. Ever so careful to ensure furniture was loaded in and unloaded at the other end and no damages. Even manoeuvring around tight corners. Would recommend 100% for the great job.
