Nothing was too much trouble, from the moment i rang to enquire the sales rep Liliana did everything to accommodate me and make our move as smooth as possible. She walked me through step by step even assisting with taking my inventory over the phone as I walked from room to room to avoid having to fill out confusing and time consuming forms at a time I was already extremely overwhelmed. When organising my uplift, l had lots going on but Katrina was so patient and we sorted it all including the change of uplift date due to me coming down with Covid.
