These are uncertain times and they’re changing moment by moment but rest assured, we are right here with you.

We know you already have enough to juggle when moving home, so we have put together our Business Contingency Plan, to ensure that we can still move you, that your wellbeing is protected, as is the wellbeing of our in house staff and the crews on the road.

It’s not business as usual, because there is nothing usual about this current environment is there?

So, what does all this mean for your move?

Firstly, the Transport and Logistics sector is still considered essential-so, yes, we are still moving people around the country – we have exemptions to cross Borders, even though our teams do have to negotiate a little extra paperwork to make it happen.

A small price to pay to get you to where you need to be.

Our Local and Interstate Operations have a very different look though.

Daily Government Updates, followed up by swift implementation strategies by our governing body AFRA (Australian Furniture Removals Association) in conjunction with the ATA, gives us the peace of mind that we can keep you and our teams safe.

It’s one thing to have the advice, but another thing to have the plan.

• We have activated Environmental Cleaning and Disinfectant Principles including Routine Environmental Cleaning. ( Government Department of Health)
• COVID-19 Declarations are sent to all our customers. (Customer Cooperation with this form has been amazing-Thank you so much!)
• Daily internal updates to keep our people informed and cut through all the misinformation that exists.
• Distancing Rules strictly adhered to, PPE (Masks and Gloves) available to on road staff, as well as a regimented hand wash and hand sanitising regiment before and after each touch point.

And the list goes on

What we are saying is, we can’t do this on our own. We will get through this challenging period because we have a dedicated, diligent team that is fluid and robust and can move with the changes, because we have partnerships with regulatory authorities that break down the information into a road map for us, and because we have incredible customers who are all doing their bit to ensure we can do what we need to, and stop this spread.
